We are currently hiring for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a practice in Kildare on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary who is looking to join a busy practice where they can continue to develop their skills.
Due to the nature of the work, this role requires to be onsite 5 days per week,
Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and formatting legal documents to a high standard
- Performing dictation typing for partners
- Managing and updating partners' calendars and problem-solving as required
- Handling incoming and outgoing queries from clients and scheduling meetings as required
- Maintaining documents and files to a high standard
- Assisting solicitors and partners with legal research and document retrieval
- Preparing and filing legal documents with courts as required
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the team
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Legal Conveyancing Secretary role is essential - Minimum of 4 years,
- Experience with Case Management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and document
- types.
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Keen eye for detail
