Our client, a well established Legal Firm based in Kilkenny, has a vacancy for a secretary to join a busy commercial/private client team. This role is in an office environment that requires a professional enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is reliable, hardworking and flexible.

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Position: Full time position
Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30.pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm finish Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet & greet clients in a professional manner
- Open/close files
- Preparing briefs and assisting with other tasks as required
- Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents as required
- Diary management and booking of meeting rooms
- Ensure client contact information is kept up to date
- Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
- Ad Hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a secretarial or office administration role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills required.
- Strong typing and administrative skills, including dictaphone typing.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Multi-tasker, Professional & Courteous.
