Morgan McKinley are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to manage complex projects from inception to completion at one of our client's Limerick site. This 12-month hourly rate onsite contract requires a strategic leader who can drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure project alignment with business objectives, and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project progress, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet industry standards and drive best practices in project execution.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Skills & Experience:
- Degree: BS/BEng in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 7-10 years in project management with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment preferred.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with GMP and GDP standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
