Roles/Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with airline partners to drive growth and mutual benefits.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Leverage data insights to inform commercial strategies and optimize airline partnerships.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to align on business objectives and ensure successful execution.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives to support business expansion in the region.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in airline or travel industry roles, with a focus on commercial partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in project management or working cross-functionally with various teams.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with strong communication skills in Japanese and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
