Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the localization and adaptation of global content, including the website, POS materials, catalogs, and print collateral, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines through close collaboration with headquarters, agencies, and internal teams.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote brand's offerings, partnering with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that reflects the brand's messaging and strategic objectives.
- Direct and coordinate with advertising agencies to develop and execute monthly social media content calendars, offering strategic and creative guidance to ensure audience resonance and improved engagement metrics.
- Oversee agency efforts in tracking and analyzing website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, while supporting digital growth initiatives.
- Manage logistics for marketing material production, local supplier contracts, and warehouse operations, while building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and supporting brand partnerships to enhance campaign success.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field, with relevant academic qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or content management, ideally with a background in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and CMS tools, with expertise in reporting and social media management.
Preferred skills
- Native level Japanese and Business level English.
- Located in and eligible to work in Japan.
Personal Attributes
- Proven project management skills and familiarity with advertising or creative agency collaboration.
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading, content development, and the ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
