Roles/Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive product training and system orientation for both new and existing clients
- Manage daily client interactions through multiple communication channels, providing timely solutions and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance service delivery
- Execute client onboarding processes while maintaining high-quality documentation standards
- Create customized data reports and analysis to meet specific client requirements
- Monitor and optimize service quality through proactive issue resolution and client feedback collection
- Collaborate with product teams to implement client-driven improvements
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience in client account management, preferably in FinTech or financial services
- Strong command of MS (Microsoft) Office suite with advanced data analysis capabilities
- Proven ability to multitask and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
