L&D Manager at a Global Insurance Company
Roles/Responsibilities
- In this key role, you will design and implement programs that foster employee growth, drive talent retention, and promote an inclusive workplace culture. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to develop strategies that align with our long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of L&D programs, including leadership development and skill-building initiatives.
- Oversee talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Drive DEI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive organizational culture.
- Analyze organizational needs and recommend development solutions that support growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Measure the effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies as needed.
Required skills
- 8+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or L&D.
- Strong understanding of DEI practices and Japanese labor laws.
- Business level English and Native level Japanese.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Team Management background would be a plus.
