Roles/Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters, including
- workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
- Partner with department leaders to support and implement HR strategies that align
- with business goals.
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Lead the companies' recruitment strategy
Required skills
- Human Resources including Talent Acquisition (about 4 years or more)
- Recruitment work during company expansion phase. (Recruitment strategy, branding
- planning, agent management, direct sourcing, recruitment of engineers and foreign
- employees, etc.)
- Japanese: Able to create business documents in Japanese by oneself. N1 Level
- English: Able to create business documents in English by oneself. TOEIC Score 700 or
- higher
