Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level.
- Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
