Roles/Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and deliver engaging, retail-focused learning initiatives to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities.
- Organizational Development: Support company-wide change management initiatives, performance improvement strategies, and workforce development plans to ensure operational efficiency.
- Talent Management: Assist in the creation and implementation of succession planning, career development pathways, and employee engagement strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop interactive training materials and e-learning modules that are aligned with retail operations and company goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with leadership, HR, and department heads to assess and improve employee performance and drive organizational effectiveness.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- Proven experience in OD/L&D, preferably in retail or customer-centric industries
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- Business English and Native Japanese
