Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Japan.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience within a multinational company environment.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Japanese labor law, payroll tax regulations, and social insurance systems.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.
Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
