A global travel technology company is seeking a Regional Marketing Supervisor to drive offline event marketing initiatives to help strengthen brand presence and support business development efforts in Japan.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline events, such as industry exhibitions and seminars, to enhance brand awareness.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key industry players to expand marketing channels and generate sales leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Support business development by optimizing strategies to improve lead acquisition and conversion.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, with a focus on event management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders and partners.
- Fluency in Japanese (native level), with business-level proficiency in English or Chinese.
