A global technology leader in the hospitality industry is hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key hotel accounts in Japan. This client-facing role involves working closely with hotel partners to drive adoption of advanced booking and reservation platforms. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term client success and maximizing engagement with the company's suite of innovative hospitality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned hotel clients and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional tech solutions
- Lead product training, performance reviews, and renewal discussions with clients
- Drive the full sales cycle for new solution adoption-from proposal to contract
- Monitor client health and resolve operational or service issues proactively
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to support client goals and drive value
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-8+ years of experience in account management or solution sales
- Industry knowledge of hotel operations and platforms such as CRS, PMS
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B relationships and deliver results
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level fluency
- English: Business-level proficiency (Korean a plus)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience working in a hotel tech environment or SaaS company
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events
