Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
• Create high-quality content tailored to user preferences, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase traffic and optimize conversion rates.
• Monitor industry trends, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong creative and analytical skills with expertise in copywriting and visual editing.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and their user behaviors.
• Experience collaborating with influencers or managing digital brand campaigns.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
