Morgan McKinley are looking for a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our client's team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and development of a variety of print and digital materials, including packaging, marketing assets, retail displays, and social media content.
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines.
- Carefully proofread and review design work to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards.
- Prepare and organise design files for both print and digital distribution.
- Contribute ideas and take part in brainstorming sessions for creative projects.
- Participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and refine designs based on input.
- Stay informed about industry trends and design software to continuously enhance skills and support the team's success.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise in graphic design.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and fundamental design principles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, following guidance from senior designers.
