Our client, a leading Data Centre delivery company operating across Europe, specialising in delivering turnkey digital infrastructure, is experiencing significant growth. They are seeking a Communications Specialist to support their internal and external communications strategy.
Role Overview
As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and managing content that engages both employees and external audiences. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Internal Communications Manager to develop compelling messaging, enhance internal employee engagement, and ensure all communications are clear, effective, and aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and manage internal communications across various channels.
- Develop engaging posts, social media content, and communication assets to support key initiatives.
- Maintain a structured content calendar to effectively plan and schedule communications.
Operations & Organisation
- Archive and organise existing communication materials for easy retrieval.
- Manage submission processes for internal engagement and communication platforms.
Reporting & Research
- Track and analyse internal communications performance to refine strategies.
- Conduct research to support content creation and communication planning.

Requirements
- A degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, editing, and proofreading.
- Basic photo editing skills and a creative approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
