Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team covering the EMEA market. In these critical roles, the SDRs will be the first point of contact for potential customers, proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline. Their success will be integral to fueling our company's growth and hitting our revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify target companies and decision-makers within our ideal customer profile. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and alignment with our tech solutions. Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential fit.
Nurturing Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers through targeted communication and follow-ups. Provide valuable information and insights to demonstrate the value of our technology.
Sales Collaboration: Schedule qualified meetings or demonstrations for Account Executives. Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
CRM Management: Diligently record and track all prospect interactions, lead status, and relevant data within the company's CRM system.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline progression, and key performance metrics to help measure success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
[0-2] years of proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar customer-facing role (experience in the tech industry is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation
Self-starter with strong initiative, a goal-driven attitude, and a resilient personality to handle objections
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools is a plus
