An enginnering firm is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join the Marketing Department based in Dublin.
Overview of the Role
Manage the day to day running of the Marketing Department including team management, administration and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support for the team
- Marketing team performance management
- POC and main responsibility for all marketing activities/requests
- Manage marketing budgets and approve related costs
- Plan, run and manage marketing team meetings
- Manage performance and delivery of marketing projects
- POC and manager of all brand assets and marketing material
- Create and manage marketing plans with input from senior management and contractors.
- Develop plan and support Trade Shows in both the EU and UK
- Support any requests from the hardware, software, HR and legal departments
Key Skills
- Excellent communication both written and oral with presentation skills
- Experience managing projects and/or teams with responsibility for delivery on time and within budget
- Experience managing either Marketing or software development projects (or similar)
- Ability to brief the relevant team members and manage them to final sign off/completion
- Experience managing a significant budget
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload within the Marketing Team
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in marketing
- Previous relevant marketing experience
- Minimum 5 years people management experience
Hybrid working is available for this role with a minimum of 3 days on-site requirement.
