I specialize in finding exceptional candidates for a wide range of tech roles, including IT infrastructure, project management, cybersecurity, and data analysis. My focus as an associate consultant is to understand the technical skills needed to ensure the perfect match for permanent positions at leading companies in Japan. Additionally, having awareness of where there are opportunities that slip under others’ radar is key for my work.

My Advice

In order to find what you are truly passionate about, you need to take risks and try new things. This applies to careers too. Of course, changing careers can be difficult and terrifying, but with the help and guidance of knowledgeable professionals, as well as having clear career goals, you can accomplish even your wildest aspirations. My best advice is to not let fear dictate what you do with your life.

My Background

In June of 2019, I visited Japan on vacation, and I fell in love with the culture, the food, and life in the city. A year after graduating from university in the US, I was finally able to move to Japan in 2022. In that time, I have been able to see and experience so much of what Japan has to offer. I intend to help others build their career in this wonderful country.
