My Background

Having graduated from the University of Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor in Public Policy, I decided that a career related to human resources was where I wanted to go.

I had the opportunity to develop an internship with the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Colombian Embassy in Japan. During my work there, I fell in love with Japan and its culture, so I decided to develop my career here. After experiencing diplomatic life, I moved to a Japanese recruitment Agency. There I had the opportunity to recruit students from all over the world that wanted to come to Japan to study the language and possibly look for a job after finishing their studies.

I joined Morgan McKinley as a consultant with the aim of strengthening the Tech and IT Recruitment team. Now, I am responsible for driving the strategic growth and success of this team. Therefore, I am working on recruiting candidates for Technology related businesses.
