My Background

Originally from Spain, I had the experience of living in countries like China, Germany and the Netherlands before settling in Tokyo (Japan).

With a background in Business Management, during the first part of my career I gained a solid experience in Sales/Business Development and Marketing. Thanks to that, I can completely understand and empathise with both my candidates and hiring managers.
