My Advice

The temporary (派遣) recruitment market in Japan is growing everyday and offers various exciting opportunities especially in Information Technology. However it may be relatively daunting if you have never worked as temp staff before in Japan. Many say it can be a very complex employment system but do not worry at all because I'm more than happy to share every information you need for every stage in the process, to help you to find the best opportunity on the market.

I am a Japanese-English native speaker, raised in both China and Japan. I also studied and worked in Canada for 3 years before joining the recruitment temp business in 2004 here in Japan. I have an overall of 16 years experience in temp & temp to perm recruitment services.
