Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions across the APAC region.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a strong cultural fit and alignment with company values.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the APAC talent market and recruitment practices.
- Retail experience
