Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions across the APAC region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a strong cultural fit and alignment with company values.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of the APAC talent market and recruitment practices.
• Retail experience
• Business English
