A global hospitality tech company is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to support in driving sales initiatives and relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Present and deliver customized solutions to prospective and current clients, ensuring product offerings meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and ensure timely project delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Required skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology/SaaS, hospitality tech, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to present solutions clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and manage complex sales processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems, SaaS models, or technology-driven solutions.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet business needs.
