Roles/Responsibilities
- Backend development for loyalty point-related products.
- Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to clarify requirements.
- Lead design reviews, brainstorming, and solution design with tech leads.
- Guide junior developers on coding standards, reviews, and testing.
- Analyze bottlenecks and propose solutions for scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive CI/CD, test automation, and development process improvements.
- Handle on-call alerts for production issue resolution.
Required skills
- 8+ years of backend development experience using Java SpringBoot.
- 8+ years of experience with high-traffic web products.
- Knowledge of both frontend and backend development technologies.
Preferred skills
- Experience working in Agile, especially Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with deployment environments like Docker.
- Leadership experience with small to medium-sized development teams.
