Relationships matter, and they go a long way. Always be kind and self-aware, as you don't know when you meet the same people again in different circumstances, i.e. they could be your potential new employer!

My Background

Working in recruitment was my dream for a long time. I joined Morgan McKinley in May 2022 as a resource, and within 6 months of joining the MMK team , I started working as 360 recruiter. I really enjoy building relationships with my candidates, and some of them are now my clients! I am glad that I can do the job I wanted to do, it allows me to meet some wonderful people along the way.
