I recruit for all levels of temporary and interim contract roles within; Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, IT, Secretarial and Office Support. From entry level to Senior positions such as; Administrator, Data Entry, Credit Control, Customer Service to Qualified Accountant, Bid Manager and HR Business Partner.

My Advice

First Impressions count!!! First impressions are often the most lasting when it comes to job seeking. Most job seekers think that the first impression is made in an interview setting, however it begins much earlier, and in places you might not realise. It is vital that you think about all the places your first impression might be made (your email address, your voicemail message, your Facebook or Linked In page, your CV to name a few) and ensure it represents you to the best of your ability.

My Background

I have been working in recruitment since 2001, after graduating from Kingston with a BA Hons in English Literature. I worked my way up from a graduate trainee consultant to my current role as Senior Manager of Morgan McKinley's Sussex Office.
