Specialist Area

I am a long-established member of our in-house tax team. We specialise in the recruitment of tax professionals into in-house roles across financial services and commerce & industry. We look at all levels from Tax Directors and Heads of Tax down to part-qualified tax specialists looking to embark on a career in tax and cover all tax disciplines including corporate and international tax, VAT and transfer pricing. We have nationwide coverage across both the permanent and contract / interim markets and working closely with our colleagues on the Professional Services Tax team. My personal focus is on permanent roles within the financial services market.

Build a strong, open and trusting relationship with your recruitment consultant! Come and meet us as soon as possible so that we can meet you face to face, find out what makes you tick, offer you our best advice and identify the best strategy for you. The more information you can give to us, the more we will be able to help you with your search, and the more we will be able to sell you to our clients. Given the relative size of most in-house tax teams, we can never guarantee that any specific company will be hiring at the time of your job search. It is therefore important to approach your job search with an open mind whilst highlighting the key criteria in your job search (and the extent to which they are flexible) and work closely with us to identify not only the organisations that are actively hiring, but also those who would be worth a more pro-active approach based on your skills and criteria. I joined Morgan McKinley in October 2005 and have worked in the tax market for that entire period. I have built up an extensive network of clients and candidates across the tax market, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the types of roles and career paths available to you. Over this time I have built up a strong portfolio of clients across London and the South-East.
