I am responsible for driving the strategic growth and success of Morgan McKinley's UK operations across Banking and Financial Services and Commerce and Industry in multi-disciplines including Projects & Change (Business and IT), Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Office Support.

I also have responsibility for UK Contracting including our direct payroll service and Contractor Support.
My Advice
Being offered the contract is only part of the process; be prepared for compliance and referencing. As clients' requirements are increasingly demanding, it can take a few weeks to undertake all the required checks, but you can help by collating the relevant documents and details in advance. Be honest about any potential issues e.g. CCJ, non-disclosure can prove to be more of an issue for some clients than the CCJ itself!
My Background
I joined Morgan McKinley in January 2005 to set up a new contract desk for finance within Asset Management. Having successfully grown that business, I took on a number of other teams and was also responsible for opening new teams including SPC, Compliance and Risk, resulting in the role of Operations Director for Temporary & Contract within Financial Services in 2009. I took on the role of Managing Director in February 2018 responsible for driving growth across Morgan McKinley's UK Operations.
Prior to Morgan McKinley I worked at another leading recruitment company as a Manager for 8 years, recruiting across Regional C&I finance, Banking Operations contract and laterally Insurance Contract and Permanent. I started my career within Human Resources within the Public Sector after graduating from Royal Holloway.
