I work with the majority of the Big 4 and Mid tier firms, finding roles for professionals all over the UK within External Audit and Outsourcing. I listen to what's important to you and then ensure that we work together to find you the right role. My approach is honest and supportive and I like to ensure that everybody has a positive experience when we work together, whether I find them their perfect role or not. I have strong relationships with most of the firms that I work with, and at any one time am dealing with roles that aren't on firm's websites.

My Advice
Use your consultant! Our role is much greater than that of a CV sending service. We know our clients well. Well enough to know detailed information about them and in most cases will be able to answer any questions you may have (or be able to go away and find the answer). We help you write your CV, give thorough one on one interview preparation and provide advice on salary negotiations. We are here to represent you in your job search and that's important. Do not work with a consultant that you feel is trying to push you in one direction without giving you the opportunity to consider other options. Our job is to listen, advise and present you with a range of opportunities where possible. After that it's you that ultimately should be making the decision with our advice if needed.
My Background
I started my career with Morgan McKinley in October 2004. I specialise in recruiting into practice firms both in London and across the UK. I recruit from Part qualified to Director level and have strong personal relationships with a wide variety of firms ranging from Big 4 to Mid tier and independent firms.
Many people I find roles for have come as recommendations from people who feel that have received a very good service from me, regardless of whether I found them their role or not. I maintain long-term relationships with people and am still in touch with some candidates who I successfully placed ten years ago. I believe that an important part of my role is offering both candidates and clients an honest appraisal of the market and giving them a realistic idea of what I can do to help them.
My many years of experience in financial recruitment have given me an advantage whilst being at Morgan McKinley. I had managed a successful Commerce and Industry team for seven years, before deciding to move into the specialist markets team.
