If you have a clear vision of what you value and are able to communicate this to your recruiting consultant, you will have the biggest chance to land in a company that shares your values and where you can really take the next step in your career.

My Background

Originally from The Netherlands, I studied Japanese and Asian Studies (MA) at Leiden University. During my studies, I spent two years in Japan as an exchange student in Yamagata, Okinawa, Nagasaki and Tokyo. After graduation, I moved to Japan in 2014 where I have been working in recruiting since 2016. I speak fluent Japanese, as well as Dutch, English, and a little French and German.
