Roles/Responsibilities
- Establish the overall architecture for the product, including system, mechanical, software, and hardware components, aligning them with platform configurators.
- Ensure the product design is cost-effective while meeting functional and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks related to engineering disciplines in the project, ensuring product robustness.
- Enforce engineering discipline standards across the product and its components to maintain consistency and quality.
- Actively participate in and support design reviews within the engineering discipline to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Work with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and address any issues that may arise between subsystems.
- Provide inputs to engineering teams based on customer requirements and help refine system functions into appropriate sub-systems, ensuring interoperability across all components.
