L2 IT Support

We are partnered with our client to have an experienced IT Support Professional join their growing business.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Work as level 2 support, investigating, resolving, and closing incidents per SLA
• Liaise with server and network teams as well as external vendors for investigation and resolution of technical issues
• Support backups and conduct regular maintenance of hardware and software
• Assist IT asset management from set-up to decommission of devices
• Assist with management of incident bridge and ticket monitoring

Required skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT helpdesk or equivalent environment
• Business fluency in both Japanese and English a must
• Experience in PC kitting and IT Asset Management
